Use of colors on this one is really great! Contrast of  values between bright and dark areas and color contrast using green sandbags vs red on flag and bag, and yellow hair vs blue dress really make the foreground pop -  while blur, lower contrast and less saturation push the background back. And inks are great too, as always in your work.
